Kings District - Montague RCMP are investigating the theft of tools. Sometime between September 27, 2020 and October 4, 2020, a shop in Belle River, PEI had the following tools stolen:

15 HP Hydraulic Power Pack
3 Tonne Hydraulic Floor Jack
3/4 Inch Ratchet Set
Bolt Cutters (extendable out to 2 feet)

Everything was purchased from Princess Auto and brand names are unknown.

Theft of ATV - Milburn, PEI

The West Prince District RCMP are investigating the theft of an ATV from a residence in Milburn, PEI. The theft occurred between 9:15 p.m., on September 30 and 1:30 p.m., on October 1st. The ATV was started without the key and drove off the rear of the property in the direction of Mt. Royal.

The ATV is a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 450, Blue in colour.

Theft of Motorcycles - Stratford, PEI

The Stratford Municipal RCMP are seeking the assistance from the public.

Stratford Municipal RCMP have determined that a truck and trailer stolen from Charlottetown was used in the theft of two motorcycles from Green Diamond Equipment in Stratford PEI. The theft of the motorcycles occurred between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on September 5, 2020. The crate containing the unassembled motorcycles was loaded onto the stolen trailer.

Attached are pictures of the vehicle, trailer and type of crate that was stolen.

The stolen truck was later located abandoned and on fire later that morning after 7:00 a.m. near the Steel Road in New Annan. A witness to the fire reported that a small grey Saturn car appeared to be travelling with the truck prior to the fire. The stolen trailer has not been located. Please note the single axle trailer has fenders for two axles.

Police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible. Please contact Stratford RCMP at (902) 367-9300 or your closest local police office.

Theft of Pleasure Craft and Generators

The Kings District RCMP are seeking the assistance from the public.

Kings District RCMP are investigating the theft of a 2012 Sea-Ray Sundancer 260 pleasure craft, a Mechron Engineering Products industrial standby generator (fixed-mount) and a Champion 7,000-watt portable generator (yellow with wheels).

The boat and generators were stored in a large barn on the Brudenell Point Road in Brudenell. The theft likely occurred between 5:00 p.m. on December 21st 2019 and sometime in the morning on December 22nd 2019.

Kings District RCMP are investigating the theft of a package which occurred at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Two packages were delivered to a home on Spruce Lane in Montague, PEI. A dark haired girl, with a ponytail, dressed entirely in black, and wearing stretchy pants was observed taking one of the packages. The value of the stolen package was approximately $250.00

Theft of Garden Trailer

The Kings District RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance.

On Thursday, June 18th, 2020, between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., a black steel trailer was stolen from a residence on Whim Road. Personal items originally in the trailer were removed and littered on the side of the road prior to the trailer being taken.

The Kings District RCMP are seeking assistance from the public to locate the trailer and have it returned to its owner. The trailer has a dent in the tailgate, and has new tires on it.

Smash & Grab Thefts

On Monday, March 2nd, 2020 the East Prince RCMP received several
complaints that between 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. their vehicle side
windows were smashed and items were stolen out of the vehicles. The
vehicles were in the parking lots located in Mount Pleasant and West

Theft of Motor Vehicle / New Annan PEI

On July 19th, 2019 at 5:00 PM East RCMP responded to a theft of a truck from a business in Travellers Rest. The truck was a white 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. The owner of the truck believes it was stolen around 4:30 PM the same day. The driver was observed by Police to be male around 40 yrs old with greyish hair. The vehicle was travelling on route 1A when the RCMP intercepted it. The vehicle sped away and was eventually recovered on rte 180. The driver was not apprehended. RCMP believe the stolen truck had been on rte 225(Kinkora Highway) heading West bound at one point.

Prince District RCMP are investigating a report of the theft of a Seadoo "Spark" on a trailer, from the exterior display area at Green Diamond on the Locke Shore Road. The theft took place just before 5 PM on Sunday the 7th of July. The suspect vehicle was a maroon colored pick-up truck. The Spark stolen was a "3 Up" model and was on it's own trailer. On June 10, 2019 West Prince RCMP received 2 complaints of theft from Camper trailers that were parked at the Prince County Exhibition Grounds in Alberton, PEI. The thefts are believed to have occurred between June 5, 2019 and June 9, 2019. First Camper a PEI License Plate 8T772 was stolen
Second Camper - The following was stolen:

Gas Thefts - Stratford Petro Can 16th & Feb 2019

The male subject pictured in these photos attended the Stratford Petro-Can on 2019-01-16 and 2019-01-29. On both occasions, he pumped gas into an unplated silver four-door Kia Forte sedan. The male is heavy set, wearing a winter coat with a large fur hood. It is worth noting that his driving skills are questionable, as he required several attempts to align the vehicle to the pump on both occasions.

Theft of Truck / Victoria Cross PEI

The theft took some time between midnight on the 12th and 8:30 the next morning, the 13th of January 2019. The veh is described as a tan colored F-150 with a custom wooden box on the back. The veh was recovered later in the morning in Charlottetown on Herbert Street. Theft of Outboard / New London Wharf August 2018

Prince District RCMP are investigating two instances of theft from the New London Wharf over the summer of 2018. Video surveillance suggests the persons responsible were the same in both instances. Theft of Diesel Fuel - Grahams Lane Cavendish PE

Queens District RCMP were advised of a theft of diesel fuel from machinery being used at the Cavendish Main Beach Complex. The person(s) responsible had stolen a large amount of fuel and police suspect that the culprits would have likely needed to have a large drum or slip tank in their vehicle to be able to transport the fuel away from the site. Police believe that the theft occurred during the weekend of December 1st and 2nd, 2018. Queens District RCMP are requesting the publics help in identifying the person(s) responsible for this theft. Theft of Motorcycle / New Annan

Prince District RCMP are investigating the theft of a sport bike in New Annan. The motorcycle is a 1998 Yamaha YZF 600R and was stolen sometime between Sunday the 4th of November and the 5th of November 2018. There are no distinctive marks, plastic was worn and there is a small dent on the left side of the gas tank. The bike is red, but faded enough that it can look pink.
